The service life of 6/4 AH pump directly depends on matched wet-end components; two mature material systems cover all mining media conditions:
Hardness HRC58–62, excellent anti-cutting abrasion performance. Ideal for high-hardness coarse ore slurry including spodumene, quartz gold ore, iron ore grinding discharge and high-density tailings pipelines. It can withstand long-term impact of large solid particles without rapid thinning.
Elastic shock-absorbing design, resistant to mild acid and alkali flotation reagents. Suitable for fine particle froth concentrate, low-abrasion coal washing slurry and light mine dewatering. Not recommended for slurry containing coarse hard gangue.
